The new Oysterflex bracelet for the Yacht-Master, developed and patented by Rolex, is a sporty design that can replace a metal bracelet. The bracelet is made of a flexible titanium-nickel alloy plate that connects to the case and the Oysterlock safety clasp.
High-performance black rubber encases the metal plates, making the watch resistant to various environmental conditions, ensuring durability and a secure fit. For added comfort, the Oysterflex bracelet features a patented longitudinal cushioning system that keeps the watch firmly on the wrist. Furthermore, the bracelet is equipped with an 18K Everose gold Oysterlock safety clasp to prevent accidental opening. The bracelet also features Rolex's patented Glidelock extension system. This innovative rack and pinion system, concealed beneath the clasp, extends in 2.5mm increments, up to approximately 15mm, without the need for tools.

The Yacht-Master model features a bidirectional rotating 60-minute bezel made of precious metals such as gold and platinum, or paired with a Cerachrom bezel made of high-tech ceramic. The matte finish of the bezel makes the polished numerals and graduations stand out prominently.
In addition, this functional outer ring also makes it convenient for the wearer to calculate time, such as the time it takes for a sailboat to pass the distance between two buoys, thus shaping the watch's unique personality.
